How do I reset tolerance?
There is no reliable method besides medication holidays, which carry risks and require medical supervision. Some people regain sensitivity over time, but no guaranteed shortcuts exist.
Is cannabis safe?
It won't kill you, but its use negatively correlates with outcomes in nearly every mental disorder, especially with regular use. It is not evil, but it is not neutral. It tends to worsen depression, anxiety, and psychosis.
What about therapy?
Many who could benefit from it are not using it. Therapy plus medication is usually the most effective approach if it is affordable in terms of time and cost. Treat therapy like medication: try it, give it time, and switch if it is not helping.
Who doesn't get better?
